We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Manager of Facilities and Office Services, responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our office environment in Cayalá, Guatemala. This key role ensures that our physical workplace supports productivity, meets the highest quality standards, and aligns with our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
High-Level Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Support: Provide direction, resources, and guidance to the facilities and services team to ensure smooth daily operations and a productive office environment.
- Strategic Oversight: Define and execute improvement strategies for facility operations, while maintaining and enhancing performance standards.
- Operational Monitoring: Regularly assess the status and efficiency of facilities, resolving issues proactively to maintain operational excellence.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, property management, and local authorities to ensure uninterrupted service and compliance.
- Facilities Oversight: Manage all building maintenance and repairs, coordinating service providers and ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Inventory & Procurement: Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment; manage procurement processes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Housekeeping & Technical Support: Ensure cleanliness and order in the workplace, and provide technical support for critical office equipment.
- Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain relevant documents and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Safety & Security: Implement and manage health and safety protocols in alignment with company standards and local regulations.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports on facility operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Required Skills

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of hard and soft facility services, including maintenance and equipment lifecycle.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or LEED accreditation.
- Professional Experience:
- 5–7+ years in facilities management, with experience in both hard and soft services.
- Proven experience in on-site operations management.
- Background in vendor management and service quality oversight.
