Job Summary: The Portuguese Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record within the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
5. Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
8. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
9. Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively support the sales team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the BPO industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
