Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and fluent Portuguese-speaking Quality Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with internal and client standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves reviewing content, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance audits on various workflows, including content moderation and client interactions.
Review and validate user-generated content (text, audio, video) for compliance with platform policies.
Identify and report quality issues, trends, and areas for improvement.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with training and operations teams to improve performance and consistency.
Maintain accurate records of audit results and feedback sessions.
Deliver coaching and refresher training to team members.
Participate in calibration sessions and client discussions to align quality standards.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Minimum 1 years of experience in quality assurance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.


Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
