As a Credit Reporting Expert, you’ll be the voice of this innovative network, providing customer service and technical support to assist with insurance-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on credit reports and insurance-related inquiries.
Process and analyze credit report disputes with precision and regulatory compliance.
Guide clients through complex credit and insurance documentation with clear explanations.
Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated cases effectively.
Verify and update credit information according to industry standards.
Maintain detailed records of all credit and insurance-related modifications.
Monitor trends to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Ensure compliance with credit reporting regulations and guidelines.
Conduct in-depth research to resolve complex credit disputes.
Partner with technical teams to address system-related inquiries.
Requirements:
Experience: 6+ months of experience in credit reporting, financial services, or insurance industry (Desirable).
Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
