Descripción de la Oferta

The QME Scheduling Clerk ensures clients attend all Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) appointments, coordinates with medical providers, manages case-related correspondence with opposing counsel, and maintains accurate records in the case management system. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills to support ongoing legal and medical processes. The clerk reports directly to the Scheduling Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and confirm client attendance for QME appointments.
-Draft, send, and receive correspondence and medical records from opposing counsel.
-Follow up with clients regarding appointments and updates.
-Track and document authorizations, appointments, and actions in the case management system.
-Provide timely updates on case status and appointments to management.
-Resolve issues related to missed appointments, delays, or client concerns.
-Assist with administrative duties as needed.


Requirements:

-Advanced English (C1+).
-Experience scheduling appointments (medical/legal preferred).
-Experience working with CRM/case management systems.
-Previous legal experience is a plus.
-Law degree is a plus (not required).
