Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Media Planning and Trafficking Strategist to support the planning and execution of creative campaigns for a leading Telecommunications brand. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in developing and implementing integrated media strategies that align with client goals and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with media planners and creative teams to align trafficking with campaign strategy
Traffic creative assets across platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Analyze campaign performance data to inform trafficking decisions
Maintain trafficking documentation and contribute to process optimization
Monitor live campaigns and troubleshoot issues proactively
Provide strategic input on asset delivery, sequencing, and targeting
Utilize data and insights to optimize media performance and provide actionable recommendations
Develop and track key metrics & KPIs for campaign success and report on performance
Prepare reporting documentation and decks for clients
Stay informed on platform updates and industry best practices
Assist in coaching and mentoring junior team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
10–12 years of experience in trafficking, media strategy, or ad operations
Strong understanding of digital media platforms and campaign workflows
Hands-on proficiency in media planning tools and software
Experience with ad servers, DSPs, and trafficking tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Excellent organizational and communication skills
