Role Overview:
Capgemini’s team is looking for a Junior Creative Designer to help bring marketing campaigns to life through compelling visuals. If you’re passionate about design, storytelling, and digital innovation, this is your chance to make an impact! You’ll collaborate with senior designers, art directors, and marketing teams to create high-quality assets across digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

Main responsibilities:
Design engaging visuals for digital and print campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet creative goals
Ensure brand consistency and visual standards
Prepare final files for production and deployment
Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools
Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
3–5 years of experience in graphic design (marketing/agency preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
Understanding of digital formats and production processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
