Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead the creative execution of marketing content for a strategic Telecommunications brand. In this role, you will partner closely with the client’s multi-functional marketing leadership, build trusted client partnerships, and lead a team of designers to ensure consistent delivery excellence across all client work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative vision and execution of all campaigns across digital channels
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives
- Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, collaborating with designers and production teams
- Direct designers, copywriters, and production teams to deliver high-impact creative
- Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all deliverables
- Present creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Build and deepen client relationships through strong business understanding
- Collaborate with project managers and producers to meet timelines and budgets
- Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 9–10 years of experience in art direction, preferably with a major consulting firm or marketing agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative work for top brands
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools
- Experience managing creative teams and mentoring talent
- Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign development
