The Customs Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing Companys logistics and customs operations in Guatemala, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and profitability of processes. The position coordinates operations at the Guatemala City and, Izabal, headquarters, ensuring synchronization between both units, cost control, and excellence in customer service. It requires solid knowledge of vehicle imports, customs legislation, land and sea transport, as well as strategic leadership and team management skills.

1. Coordinate and maintain constant communication between offices to ensure smooth and efficient operational flows.

2. Plan and execute strategies to optimize costs, reduce unnecessary expenses, and promote operational profitability.

3. Supervise and develop operational and administrative staff, fostering a culture of high performance and compliance.

4. Ensure efficiency in vehicle import management and cargo deconsolidation, guaranteeing optimal times and zero additional costs.

5. Implement continuous improvements in operational, transportation, and customs clearance processes.

6. Coordinate with other internal areas (commercial, legal, financial, and customer service) to ensure comprehensive results and customer satisfaction.
