Role Overview:
A Command Center Team Lead will provide support elaborating with his/her team daily/weekly/monthly governance reports, Dashboards, SLA reports, SLA PPT decks, coordinating with engagement internal/external team in getting the data & circulating the same across key stakeholders.
It would be supporting one or more than one engagement or projects at the time.
Ensures the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service daily to the client in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and client requirements. It is also responsible for defining RACI matrix responsibles, project timelines, technologies and methodology to use in each project/program.
Responsible for leading, motivating and assigning work to a team wherever applicable.
Aims at improving processes based on Lean principles and best practices motivating staff to do the same. Based on best practices.
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Responsible for managing Command Center team for one or more than one engagement.
• Ensuring timely delivery of agreed reports and ad-hoc requests, publishing of dashboards, maintaining PaaS platform, and regular updating of platform, transition of command center reporting for new engagements, preparation and regular updating of FRDs and RACI Matrix.
• Manage client relationship and support for specific area (s) assigned.
• Exploring automation opportunities, reports creation and time saving scenarios.
• Proactive communication and teamwork. Collect relevant data from operations.
• Run the reports described from various ERPs as applicable.
• Attention to detail and a sense of design for data visualization.
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power Bi
• Strong understanding of Power BI core components: Power Query, Data Modeling, DAX, and Visualizations.
• knowledge of data sources handling such as Excel, CSV, or SQL databases.
• Ability to create clean and interactive visual reports based on business requirements.
• Familiarity with publishing and sharing reports via Power BI Service (workspaces, dashboards, and apps).
• Understanding of data relationships and normalization concepts.
• Understanding of Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
• English reading and writing skills (for documentation and communication).
Nice to Have:
• Experience connecting to SharePoint lists, SQL Server, or cloud data sources (Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs and Supply chain Operative Metrics
