Capgemini Guatemala is looking for a Digital Marketing Creative Global Lead!
Overview:
This senior hybrid role is responsible for both the strategic creative direction and the operational management of a global BPO creative team. The leader will act as the key liaison between the client and the BPO, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative assets while driving efficiency and fostering a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Strategic Leadership:
Set the global creative vision and standards, ensuring all creative output is aligned with client brand guidelines and key marketing and sales plans.
Serve as the top-level creative authority, providing direction to a team of designers, creative project managers, and web specialists to drive the execution of all requests.
Client & Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for the client, ensuring their needs are understood and their expectations are met.
Manage the client relationship, holding regular business reviews to communicate performance, strategic initiatives, and new opportunities.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to grow the account.
Manage escalations and promote team work to resolve any issues.
Team & Operational Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality and efficiency.
Lead your team effectively, ensuring optimum utilization of resources and identifying knowledge enhancement and upskilling opportunities for each member.
Manage daily project execution to ensure all deliverables are fully compliant with brand and visual guidelines.
Manage team capacity and project volumes through strategic forecasting and resource planning to meet demand efficiently.
Communicate tasks and expectations clearly and provide constructive, meaningful, and timely feedback to team members.
Governance & Process Management:
Establish and enforce operational governance for all processes, including managing the request tracker and ensuring tasks are prioritized and executed flawlessly.
Maintain a high quality of deliverables with least number of iterations, and fully compliant with brand guidelines.
Identify and implement process improvements and optimizations, sharing recommendations with the client to enhance efficiency and service.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all processes in scope, and share best practices with the team to foster continuous improvement.
Financial & Stakeholder Management:
Manage the account's financials, including budget oversight, cost analysis, and ensuring profitability targets are met.
Maintain crucial relationships with stakeholders, serving as the go-to expert for all creative and operational matters in a proactive way.
Act as a bridge between the BPO and the client's internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Qualifications:
Experience: 11-13 years of experience in digital marketing operations within a global role, with a strong emphasis on BPO or agency management.
Retail Media Expertise: Proven experience in content and creative processes specifically for retail media networks.
Creative & Content Proficiency: Expertise with creative platforms like Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a proven ability to deliver complex creative assets at scale for global clients.
Business Acumen: Experience managing an account's P&L (Profit and Loss), including budget oversight, financial forecasting, and driving account growth.
Digital Marketing Acumen: A strong understanding of core digital marketing fundamentals, including brand strategy, campaign management, and performance measurement.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and a solid understanding of creative automation.
