Capgemini Guatemala is looking for a Collections Senior Engagement Manager!


Position overview


In this role you will manage contracts daily including operations and finance and complex operational issues and will be responsible for profitability and productivity of the contract. You will continuously improve the service by identifying potential risks and resolving them through innovative reliable tools and methodology deployed by motivated staff. You will constantly explore opportunities for account development.


Key responsibilities


Manage Capgemini's collections engagements.
Drive our project's services to achieve the required goals within it through a B2B approach.
Meet with stakeholders and high-level corporate profiles (directors, managers, analysts) to provide critical information about the different elements within the project.
Plan and execute action and mitigation plans in the projects.
Provide visibility of critical KPIs and SLAs in the project.
Interact with local and global controllers to review and manage key information about the project.
Understand and manage processes related to elements such as: Direct costs, indirect costs, annual budget, margin, income, and expenses.
Manage complete financial components.
Manage data retention processes within the project.
Handle and propose quality improvement processes from a competitive perspective while maintaining Capgemini’s quality standards.
Identify business growth opportunities.
Participate in client visits.


Qualifications


14-15 years of experience working in engagement management positions in a BPO / Collections context or in a financial background.
Strong business management, people management, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills and proven background interacting with high profile stakeholders and corporate profiles locally and abroad.
Strong emotional intelligence, assertiveness and strong communication skills.
Deep understanding and management of information related to ISO rules, particularly 9001, 27001, and 22301.
Understanding of key financial terminology within a legal framework.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent English proficiency, you will be expected to maintain senior-level conversations in various contexts using this language.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Certifications in PM methdologies are a huge plus.
