Purpose

Reporting into the Sales Enablement & Operations Manager, the Sales Enablement Coordinator is a critical role for the Revenue Operations Team that will identify, drive, and complete projects related to the onboarding and ongoing education/growth of revenue generating associates within Conduent. This is a highly visible role that liaises with Sales & Account Management Leadership, Marketing, Subject Matter Experts and Tech Vendor Partners. You will often be called upon to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with or present to line management. We are looking for an independent, solution-oriented candidate who can develop and organize content, host training calls and maintain Conduent proprietary learning management system (LMS). Success in this position is based on associate engagement, a constant optimized LMS experience, management transparency of data, and timely execution or projects.

Responsibilities:



Daily maintenance and continuous improvement of the sales onboarding program and SalesHub which run on Knowledge Connection which is Conduent's proprietary LMS





Maintain a complete catalog of the learning materials on SalesHub





Solicit feedback from Sales & Account Management Leadership semi-annually to evolve curriculum material to ensure that eLearning content aligns with technical requirements and sales objectives





Proactively gather new training materials from solution leaders, marketing managers and SMEs on a quarterly basis





Schedule, host and follow-up on new joiner onboarding for Sales Execs, Account Managers, Client Partners and General Managers





Maintain reports for tracking onboarding, learner engagement, and completion rates





Manage multiple training support mailboxes efficiently and effectively





Design and/or curate eLearning modules, videos, quick guides, job aids, and other instructional materials for onboarding and continuous training including materials from 3 rd party vendor partners





Manage learner registration and progress tracking across various learning paths





Build and edit SalesHub pages, utilizing basic HTML and web editing tools to structure and format content ensuring ease of navigation and accessibility





Consolidate Conduent's external content Sharepoint hub (SalesToolCentral) into SalesHub driving a more streamlined experience for associates





Monitor external trends in learning and sales enablement and integrate insights to enhance internal processes





Act as lead Admin for LinkedIn Sales Navigator which includes management of license roster and communications





Specific for our Commercial Solutions Business





Maintenance of our Client Engagement Playbook including the development of a Quarterly Business Review template





Coordination of the weekly PODcast agenda including prep meeting scheduling, call recording and post call wrap-up
