Capgemini Guatemala is looking for Artwork Management and Execution Specialists!

Overview:

The Artwork Management and Execution Specialist will coordinate multiple packaging projects in an End to End dynamic for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client.


Main responsibilities:

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple artwork projects.
Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, and supply chain and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).
Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoMs), and coordinate on all activities related to packaging artwork.
Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan.
Monitor progress, facilitate communication, and identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays for on-time pack design delivery and implement solutions to mitigate them.
Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.


Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in packaging creation projects' coordination and creation within a CPG or FMCG environment, not limited to design but the complete package creation process from end to end.
Strong account management skills, strong knowledge on how an artwork project process works from an administrative point of view.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.
Proficiency working with PM tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
Experience executing project management related tasks and methodologies.
Certification in PM Methodologies.
Certifications in PM methodologies are a huge plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
Advanced English proficiency.
