About Us
We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Assistant to join real estate companies based in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidates will have experience in transaction coordination, supporting real estate agents, and managing Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and CRM systems such as Follow up Boss.

Responsibilities
• Support the real estate team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Manage and update client information in Follow Up Boss (CRM) or similar Real Estate CRM's
• Coordinate listings, showings, and transaction timelines
• Prepare and review documents, disclosures, and contracts (knowledge of California real estate forms are a plus)
• Communicate with clients, escrow officers, lenders, and agents to ensure smooth closings
• Input and update listings in MLS, Zillow, and other real estate platforms
• Knowledge of Canva to assist with marketing materials, social media posts, and property promotions.
• Track deadlines, manage checklists, and maintain organized transaction files.
• Handle additional administrative duties such as data entry, file organization, and coordinating team activities.


Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, working for companies in the United States
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Assistant, Transaction Coordinator or similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Follow Up Boss CRM or similar CRM's for Real Estate
• Strong knowledge of MLS and Zillow systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely (if outside Los Angeles)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience reading and completing California Real Estate Contracts
• Prior experience with real estate transaction coordination or listing management
• Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace, DocuSign, Canva, and similar tools.

What We Offer:
* Salary of $ 700.00 to $ 1,000.00 per month. Depending on the experience.
* Telephone and computer strictly for the use of employment
* Monday through Friday
* 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 to 6 P.m.
* Prestaciones de Ley de Guatemala.
