Capgemini is looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist

We are looking for a professional with strong communication skills in Portuguese and English to support business activities in a dynamic, international environment. This role involves research, coordination, and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analyze business landscapes to identify competitive opportunities.
- Support collaboration and agreement processes with external partners in Portuguese and English.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with internal standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align activities with overall business objectives.
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional Experience and Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in roles involving external partner interaction, contract coordination, or commercial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with business systems and tools for data management and reporting.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
