Capgemini Guatemala is looking for a Junior Marketing QA Specialist!

What will you do in this role?

- Review and support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and release schedules, ensuring all deliverables align with QA standards and are properly validated before release.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, production, and strategy to review deliverables, ensure adherence to QA standards, and support flawless project execution.

- Monitor and oversee project scope, objectives, and team responsibilities, validating that timelines, resources, and outputs align with QA requirements and overall project quality goals.

- Track project progress, identify and monitor project risks and issues, flag potential quality or timeline concerns, and help ensure on-time delivery of milestones.

Qualifications:

- Advanced academic background in Project Management, Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar areas.
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, preferably with experience in quality assurance, in a creative or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in project management and QA tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, QA Tracking systems).
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, content production, and quality assurance processes.
- PMP or similar Project Management certification is a plus; QA or process improvement certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a bonus.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize QA reviews and project deliverables effectively.
