We are currently seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to join Roca Alliances and work on projects for a U.S.-based cybersecurity company that delivers integrated security solutions for businesses and managed service providers (MSPs). Its portfolio includes next-generation firewalls, endpoint protection, secure Wi-Fi, MFA, and centralized security management for SMBs.
?? About the Role
This is a high-visibility role responsible for leading forecasting, financial planning, and performance management across G&A functions and product P&Ls. Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, the Financial Analysis Manager will partner closely with functional and product leaders to drive data-informed decisions related to capacity planning, cost optimization, and product margin analysis.
The role also supports M&A financial analysis, including diligence, integration modeling, and post-acquisition performance tracking. This position is ideal for a professional who can own end-to-end planning processes, strengthen financial rigor, and influence strategic outcomes through insight-driven analysis.
?? Key Responsibilities
Own forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for G&A and assigned product P&Ls
Analyze product-level revenue, margins, unit economics, and cost drivers
Lead cost optimization initiatives across G&A and product-related spend
Partner with cross-functional leaders (HR, Finance, Legal, Recruiting) on headcount and capacity planning
Deliver actionable insights to drive accountability and performance management
Build scalable, driver-based financial models for budgets and long-range planning
Support monthly close activities in partnership with Accounting
Participate in M&A activities, including diligence, integration, and synergy tracking
?? Qualifications
6–8 years of progressive FP&A experience, with leadership or business-partnering exposure
Experience managing G&A and/or product P&Ls
Background in M&A financial analysis
Strong skills in cost modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency
Experience with FP&A systems and BI tools (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite Planning, Tableau)
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior leadership
Knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
