We are looking for a Junior Bilingual Talent Sourcer to support our Recruitment team in finding and engaging candidates for roles across multiple countries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate has basic experience in sourcing or recruiting, is comfortable using job platforms, and can communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and online platforms.
Review resumes and identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support recruitment activities for different countries and time zones.
Provide a positive candidate experience through clear and professional communication.
Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and processes.
Requirements
1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related field (internships count).
Bilingual English–Spanish (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of job boards and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, local portals).
Ability to conduct initial candidate screenings.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the Talent Acquisition field.
