The Opportunity

As a Digital Sales Transformation Manager, you will:

- Lead the end-to-end digital commercial transformation across CARICAM, owning the deployment, governance, and evolution of the Mi Negocio (PepsiConnect) ecosystem to drive scalable, sustainable Net Revenue growth aligned with Vision 2030
- Act as the regional business owner and primary interface with LATAM and Global teams, defining priorities, shaping the digital roadmap, and ensuring full in egration between technology, commercial strategy, and execution across markets
- Accelerate digital-led growth by increasing customer adoption, digital revenue mix, and productivity, translating platform capabilities into measurable financial impact and AOP delivery
- Drive performance management through clear KPIs, analytics, and financial tracking to steer execution and investment decisions
- Embed digital tools into frontline sales routines while ensuring platform stability, cross-functional alignment, and sustainable operations across Franchise and regional stakeholders

Who Are We Looking For?

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Master degree in Digital, Strategy, or Transformation (preferred)

Experience
- 5+ years in commercial, sales strategy, or digital transformation roles
- Leading regional or multi-market initiatives
- Experience in Franchise or multi-operator environments (preferred)

Skills
- Advanced English (C1 - Fluent)
- Strong knowledge of B2B digital ecosystems (ordering, loyalty, engagement, monetization)
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, MC1, Power BI, and CRM analytics

Competencies
- Data-driven decision-making and financial impact tracking
- Stakeholder management and governance oversight
- Cross-functional and cross-market leadership

- Availability to travel as required
