Job Description: Customer Service Representative
On-Site. Guatemala City, Guatemala

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-service–oriented, proactive, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in WTC Zona 13. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to customers, assist with inquiries, and help ensure a positive experience in every interaction.


Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve issues efficiently while following company policies.
- Document interactions and maintain updated customer records.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site (WTC Zona 13) in AM schedules.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, CRM use, email handling).
- Positive attitude and strong customer-focus.
