Position: Artwork Planning Coordinator
Work Model: Hybrid
Location: Guatemala

Job Description:

We are looking for an Artwork Planning Coordinator to manage and coordinate packaging artwork projects for consumer goods brands. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate artwork projects from design to print production.
Work closely with marketing, design, supply chain, and external agencies.
Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and project status.
Prepare and share progress reports with project leaders.
Lead pre-production meetings and manage project escalations.
Support and guide other team members.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in artwork, packaging, or project management.
Experience working in CPG/FMCG environments preferred.
Knowledge of project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced English level.
