Position Overview
We're hiring a Client Care Coordinator to serve as the warm, welcoming first point of contact for new and existing clients. This role is primarily an intake position with coaching-style sessions woven throughout — meaning you'll be guiding clients through onboarding, gathering important information, and also holding space for meaningful one-on-one conversations that help clients feel heard, supported, and set up for success.
This is a non-clinical role (no therapy involved). What matters most is who you are: someone genuinely charismatic, friendly, warm, and emotionally intelligent, with the kind of presence that puts people at ease from the very first conversation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake conversations with new clients in a warm, professional manner
Lead 30–60 minute coaching-style sessions focused on connection, goal-setting, and follow-through
Build strong, trusting relationships with every client you interact with
Coordinate care and ensure timely follow-ups
Provide tools, resources, and referrals as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth client experience
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries

Clear, conversational English (required — this is non-negotiable)

Able to work independently in a remote environment
Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
