The Systems Innovation Organization within HRSS brings together management of all HR Systems under one umbrella with a focus on globalization, standardization, and innovation. The team has an opening for a BP & A Analyst 2 who will support the GTMS system through handling customer escalations, testing new product features and developing innovative solutions to business needs. Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have:Strong ability to elicit requirements and use case development Effective customer service skills Ability to resolve complex functional issuesSolid analytical skills in support of testing innovative processes Key responsibilities of this role include:Contribute to all stages of the full Software Development Life Cycle process from specifying and documenting requirements, through development and ownership and involvement of product testing, to delivery of end product to end users.Contributing to business analysis to develop processes and toolsets to support GTMS and the Talent and Performance Process. Develop and maintain relationships with the Human Resources and business managers across Citi.Project manage integrated efforts between CSS, Human Resources Shared Services, Human Resources and other key partners to deliver solutions for managing human capital.Eliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders located in different geographic locations Facilitate the development and documentation of use casesPresent and explain project specific information to diverse types of audiencesDefine and document business and functional requirements, business process maps (%22As-Is/To be%22) flows and diagrams
