Purpose:
The BA has to complete all the reports, metrics and analyze the information from them to generate suggestions or action plans to improve the operations


Assigned tasks:
Prepare KPIs
Prepare Quality Checks
Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports
Support the Operations in activities related to Excel or Data base


Profile requirements:
Detail Oriented
Numeric analysis
Used to routine, repetitive tasks
Open to continuous change in processes
Good time management
Time availability
Ready to work under pressure
Result oriented
Programming skills
SAP knowledge would be a plus


Education:
High school diploma (Infotec or Programming)
University student on Informatic


Work Experience:
Gather data
Prepare reports
Analyze data
