Title: Business Trainee

This position is for 18 months and will be located in Guatemala City.
The shift for this position will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The incumbents will provide support to the Trade Marketing Team, Administrative Team and/or Financial Team.

Education and experience requirements:
o Recently graduated of Licentiate degree OR recently complete Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Audits, Marketing, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology.
o Preferred, experience as an Intern.
o Minimum GPA 80/100.

General skills requirement:
o Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English-advanced.
o Knowledge in MS Office, Excel-advanced.
o Advanced skills in numerical analysis and details.
o Leadership, Proactive.
o Customer Service.
o Excellent interpersonal skills.
