Contract Management Professional

Role Overview:

Advising on commercial matters.
Analyze and draft large and complex contracts, as well as reviewing terms and conditions associated with on going business transactions.
Review of different type of agreements, including NDA, LOUs, SOWs, MSAs and its amendments.
Review of RFP and RFI (Request for Proposal and Request for Information), with existing and new clients.
Create templates for internal use of attorneys.
Attendance to meetings with the legal department offshore, North America and Global.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Independently drafting/reviewing contractual documents
Expert level in all the contract management processes
Providing support and trainings to lower grades
Providing support in the pre-signature activities
Conducting quality assurance on preliminary deliverables
Providing specific contract analysis as requested
Supporting internal and/or external clients with contract query resolution
Providing support to senior team members
Seek to improve processes/continuous improvement oriented

Requirements:

Hard skills
• Relevant experience
• MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point skills on the advanced level
• Fluent knowledge of English (verbal and written); other languages will be an advantage
• Experience in working in the commercial/contract environment
• Experience in drafting/reviewing contractual documents
• Experience in dealing with internal, multinational and multicultural teams, including persons on the executive levels
• Knowledge/understanding of commercial aspects of contract
