Responsibilities:
1. To handle daily payment processing; Ensure accounting of all purchase invoices;
2. To be responsible for staff claims and payments;
3. To be responsible for AP/Expenses/Accruals;
4. To make sure timely and accurate payments to suppliers;
5. To carry out any other duties as required by accounting manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, Accounting major is preferred.
2. At least one year of working experience, preferably in AP or finance related field;
3. Ability to handle a mass of daily payment processing;
4. Familiar with Peachtree or Oracle Accounting systems;
5. Strong sense of responsibility; Good communication skills and self-motivated;
6. Good command in both written and oral English.
