Responsible for a variety of functions such as budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis as well as data integrity.

May perform one or more of the following duties:

•Provide Leadership to a team of analysts in addition to performing regular analyst duties of your own.
•Perform analysis on various areas of spend and provides recommendation regarding opportunity for cost optimization.
•Work closely with Finance and BI teams to ensure spend data, supplier data, etc is accurate, consistent and current in systems.
•Prepare financial and business related analyses and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investments.
•Perform financial forecasting, variance analysis of actual vs. forecast and reconciliation of internal spend.
•Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
•All other duties as assigned

Candidate must have the following skills / traits:

•Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
•Excellent Excel skills with past experience in developing and producing effective reporting (pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
•Powerpoint skills preferred
•Experience with web-based reporting preferred
•Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment
•Motivation to work independently in a globally managed environment
