Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
Execute and control the needs of the reception, supporting all the departments involved in the operations of the company
Job duties:
• Professionally manage public queries especially of those who are interested in applying
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Prepare correspondence and documents
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings
• co-ordinate meetings and organized catering
• Solve problems a high stress level
• Answer and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Make sure to stay updated on all changes that happen within the organization
• Be the first filter in the applications process, through the revision of the paperwork delivered by the candidates
• Maintain confidentiality
• Perform any other related task assigned to the position
