Grow with us as a Commercial Finance Manager in the Kellogg Finance Team. As a Business Partner you will be responsible for all financial aspects of the commercial function, including financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis, accounting and internal controls, and decision support for the commercial and supply-chain functions. As a member of the Functional Leadership Team, this position is expected to contribute to the overall strategic direction, vision, and future of the organization, as well as to the investment decisions necessary for running the day-to-day business.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:
· Ensure a sound internal control environment and the financial integrity of all published reports. Proactively identify and remediate potential control issues.
· Develop, implement, and continually improve financial analyses, performance measurements, and investment criteria in order to drive year-on-year improvements in investment return. Create tools and processes (e.g., investment ROI analytics, forecast accuracy, etc.) to support this effort.
· Identify revenue and savings opportunities and develop robust contingency plans.
· Serve as the primary coordinator of financial analysis regarding 3-Year plan, Budget, Monthly Forecasts, and Results, ensuring the execution of operating plans and in delivering its objectives within a sound financial framework.

Required:
· Professional accounting qualification/degree in management or finance or equivalent experience acquired through knowledge of finance analysis and accounting principles/procedures
· Fluent in English
· Accounting knowledge and financial analysis and sales administration skills
· Time management skills and analytical capacities
· Excel
· Must have held position of formal and informal leader in mid to large group setting.

Preferred:
· Experience doing analytical work using software desktop (eg. Hyperion, SAP, Business Datawarehouse)
