JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible to ensure all invoices for Customers in Guatemala are physically delivered to the right party, within the allotted time with the supporting documentation.
The incumbent must validate the customer requirement to prepare the delivery sheet (POD). Document customer special requirements.
Coordinate with Process Owners invoices rejected.
Maintain the Invoice Delivery Report updated.
Upload to SharePoint POD.
Maintain control of the payments received and report to Cash In.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred
High School Degree or equivalent required
REQUIREMENTS:
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
2-3 years’ Experience as Accounts/Receivable clerk/assistant
Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal)
Strong attention to details, highly organized
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Customer Service oriented.
Proactive.
