OVERVIEW
Inbound Customer Service Sales Associate position is responsible to sell the “family of products” to customers per VXI and Client guidelines, as well as State regulations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS
· Answering inbound calls, providing product information answering billing questions and selling packages to prospective customers.
· Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI Policies and Procedures.
· Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over month

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Motivated to earn primary compensation through commissions while maintaining high customer service levels.
· Patience & ability to build rapport.
· Strong communication skills: speaks clearly, strong vocabulary skills, pleasant delivery, pleasant tone & temperament.
· Can thrive in an environment where you are expected to reach or exceed sales goals and quotas
· Motivated to achieve individual and group sales goals.
· A positive out-going style with a desire to problem solve for customer satisfaction.
· A desire to expand product knowledge; to learn & understand a wide array of telecommunication products.
· Ability to sell multiple products
· An ability to probe, problem solve, and offer the right product solutions to our customers.
· Comfortable overcoming objections and obstacles to strike the right balance between uncovering opportunities, while delivering excellent customer service.
· Desire to earn top incentive pay-outs
· Ability to understand product details (satellite technology) at a consumer level
· Knowledge of how internet speeds and bandwidth work
· Understanding of streaming movies and/or TV shows on the internet.
· Exceptional time management
· Knowledge of computers and MS Windows
· Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to type 25 wpm
· Professional comportment and demeanor
· Ability to follow direction/accept coaching

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma Required
· Minimum 6 month’s customer service /Sales Experience Preferred
