OVERVIEW
Inbound Customer Service Sales Associate position is responsible to sell the “family of products” to customers per VXI and Client guidelines, as well as State regulations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS
· Answering inbound calls, providing product information answering billing questions and selling packages to prospective customers.
· Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI Policies and Procedures.
· Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over month

· Motivated to earn primary compensation through commissions while maintaining high customer service levels.
· Patience & ability to build rapport.
· Strong communication skills: speaks clearly, strong vocabulary skills, pleasant delivery, pleasant tone & temperament.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma Required
· Minimum 6 month’s customer service /Sales Experience Preferred
