Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with candidates from the customer service positions, making sure that their profile matches the requirements for the
different accounts, using different interviewing techniques, personality analysis etc.
- Review and validate the candidate's background
- Keep track of the candidates processed, monitoring their process and ensuring the satisfaction of the candidate.
Requirements:
At least three year of business administration, psychology or related career
One year experience desirable but not indispensable
+ 90% english level
Able to work monday - friday 11:00 - 18:00 saturday 9:00 - 13:00
