POSITION PURPOSE

Capgemini has developed several SW tools to handle Finance & Accounting operations for our clients. Currently we are looking for candidates to handle deployments of Cadency tool in the first instance. This is a Finance & Accounting tool that handles all the Record to Analyze process.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

? Preparation & management of configuration documentation to support Cadency deployment: , Requirements specifications, Configuration & Functional documentation, Sales documentation and Testing & Training documentation
? Collection of business & system requirements from Clients and Process teams
? Responses to requests for further information regarding Cadency
? Representation of the Technology Transformation team at client workshops
? Actively support the engagement in defining optimal and cost effective IT solutions for identified business opportunities
? Drive standardization of IT solution aligned with GEM , across delivery centres for an engagement and across engagements

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Professional Experience, Technical Skills, Foreign Languages):

? Knowledge of or Background in BSv / GPM/ CG Best Practices
? Good understanding of Capgemini organization and internal processes with focus on GPM
? Knowledge of R2A related processes is a must (knowledge and experience in other Accounting areas would be an advantage)
? Excellent documentation skills and great attention to details
? Experience in creation of training documentation and leading training sessions
? Consulting skills;

o Rapport building
o Consensus building
? Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook skills
? Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must
? Willingness to travel on a short notice as well as willingness to be relocated for longer period of time
? Full lifecycle experience of ERP based programme lifecycles (SAP, Oracle)
? Proven ability in Business Analysis techniques will be an asset
