Responsible for managing: Call volume and staff forecasting, all WFM reporting, overflow strategies and support, strong knowledge of call center call flow dynamics, metrics, and problem solving experience, as well, experience utilizing a WFM platform for staff scheduling. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Strong knowledge with WFM tools.
