Responsibilities:
Customer service via phone calls and e-mail in Spanish and English for AP process.
Answer reconciliation requests, monitor payment runs and call vendors as needed.
Follow up on ageing workflows for pending invoices according to the target.
Understand vendor requirements and coordinate with local finance team.
Resolve pending payments and give to the client the exact date of payments
Perform Root cause analysis for payment errors.
Coordinate with different teams to resolve vendor queries.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in treasury, account payable or accounting/finance
Experience in interactions with local and global clients (in Spanish and English)
Data entry processes (desirable)
Resolutions and follow up (desirable)
