Descripción de la Oferta

Position Summary

· The primary function of the Sales Representative is to promote sales in general on existing customer base and bring new business to the company portfolio.
· Establish and develop sales strategy, account development plans, programs and actions designed to drive revenue and market share performance.

Key Responsibilities:
· Increase sales volumes and drive sales across existing network.
· Identify and develop strong business relationships with the local key trade and corporate accounts.
· Identify and manage joint cross marketing opportunities.
· Plan and deliver a program of Sales and Key Account Development and Revenue Development activities.
· Gather and report key market intelligence information to the Regional manager and be up to date on all relevant market issues.
· Analyze and summarize market and account performance using a variety of data sources including various industry market intelligence tools available, internal tools and external sources.
· Identify and communicate opportunities to increase revenues, shift market share, reduce costs and improve business processes.

Qualifications and Skills requirements:
· Bachelors degree in a business or economics discipline required and 2 years equivalent work experience is preferred.
· Experience on Trim business is highly desirable;
· Should be solution-oriented, multi-task capable and have demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
· Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
· Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
· Excellent language skills in written and spoken business English in addition to Spanish language
