Ozeol Introduction
Ozeol is a multinational company specialized in purchasing overstock, closeouts and clearance items for a 285 store chain in France. Categories includes men and women’s clothing, housewares, hardware, sporting goods, tabletop, toys, food and many other goods that are closeout merchandise. Ozeol will open an office in Guatemala and is looking for ambitious international prospectors to join its team.
We have purchasing teams in many countries such as Tunisia, Taiwan, Romania, USA, Mexico, Colombia, Vietnam and other countries. Our expansion plan is involving new openings for 2018.

Main Job Purpose
Prospecting in the USA to buy overstocks and unsold items at the best prices in order to sell them to international customers:

- Prospecting the markets: Inquiring about new suppliers through internet, fairs, magazines and data bases; update its own database by expanding the researches to an international level
- Assessing the ability of suppliers to meet the requirements of the cost, quality and quantity (verify the seriousness and reliability of potential suppliers)
- Ensure that the products are compliant to the quality standards and to the regulations of the target markets
- Constitute qualified files
- Ensuring the proper conduct of the procedure and the observance of rules and deadlines
- Ensuring the good communication of the potential suppliers files to the buyers

Profile Requirements:

- Professional working proficiency in English, and local language
- Experience in your cultural market environment and North America
- Experience in Sales, Call Center, Customer Service
- Ability to work successfully with targets
- Ability for analysis and synthesis
- International Mobility
- Dynamism

Additional but not mandatory:

- French retail market understanding
- Interest in French culture
Salary: Attractive salary based on profile, significant variable monthly incentive.
