We are looking for Senior RTA`s with strong experience in monitoring and balancing the customer call demand and supplier staffing making real time adjustments as needed to optimize service levels. Manage detection of trends and exceptions 24/7. To generate alerts and comply with timely escalations to the supplier management as appropriate. Manage service levels actions plans. They will meet with the leadership team on a daily basis to provide real time trend and business analysis. Hourly reporting. Crisis management and notification, service summaries, and balance chat and phone queues.
