Employee will be expected to manage the contract labor processes. Key activities include: gathering business requirements, managing Contingent labor programs, monitoring of key suppliers, monitoring of key labor processes, forecasting. The analyst will work closely with requisitioners, GP senior staff, key suppliers and our Managed Service Provider.
Role Responsabilities:
- Collaborate with Business Groups on Labor Sourcing Strategy
- Define Sourcing requirements
- Drive sourcing governance
- Engage Enterprise resources
- Provide appropriate process and contracting documents for requirements
- Provide Benchmarking (Pricing/SLA’s)
- Drive sourcing events
- Negotiate contracts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• High english proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience managing contract labor (US), gathering business requirements, managing contingent labor programs, monitoring of key suppliers, monitoring of key labor processes, forecasting or serving in similar roles within professional services industries
• Experience working with senior executives
• Strong business analysis and problem solving ability
• Advanced MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
