Descripción de la Oferta

Purpose:
•Responsible for analyzing customer requirements and the analysis of information/data. Manages projects if required. Provides input to improve overall efficiency and processes.
•The role holder is responsible for directing a matrixed staff of business systems analysts to understand the business needs and identify how best to meet those needs. This includes working with the business and the technology areas to gather requirements for development and management. The role oversees the effort to analyze, validate and document the business and system requirements.
•The role holder is the lead business analyst facilitator within the IT organization, acting as a bridge between the business and the IT groups, and is accountable for a technology solution that supports the business request or opportunity and is based on the enterprise architecture. This role works with the business to formulate, define and make decisions to authorize business transformation initiatives and is also responsible for benefits realization, supporting the development and execution of a benefits realization plan.
•This role oversees the design, modification and creation of business processes that will be used to implement the business transformation solutions. This is done through research and fact-finding combined with a broad and comprehensive understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements.
•The role holder leads the effort to determine the process and requirements management methodology practices. The role oversees the effort to ensure that the methodology and quality standards are being met.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Takes full responsibility for business process analysis within a significant segment of an organization or across organizations, where the advice given and decisions made will have a measurable impact on the profitability or effectiveness of the organization. Establishes the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, defining strategies, drawing up requirements specifications, conducting feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models, preparing business cases, overseeing development and implementing solutions, taking into account as necessary any implications of systems considered. Guides senior management towards accepting change brought about through process change and/or automation.
