Responsibilities:
Sourcing of the Indirect Spend categories, drafting and Negotiating contracts; drive the preparation of proposal documents, quotations and competitive bids with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions attached

Requirements:
• Advance English
• 1-3 years with procurement experience
• Sound understanding and execution of effective negotiation strategy
• Resolves quality problems with suppliers and stakeholders quickly and efficiently, takes direction where needed
• Reviews commercial contracts
• Supplier Management experience
• analytical and financial skills
• Category experience of buying; IT (Software, Hardware, Networks & Infrastructure, Data Centre) Telco, Marketing, HR Services, Professional Services, Travel, CRE, Facilities Management and Banking Operations
