Responsibilities:

? Be familiar with the main flow of procurement business and relevant services.

? Know the knowledge of relevant laws, tax affairs, finance, and business trade.

? Know the basic flow and methods of supplier certification, selection, and management.

? Have the basic knowledge of commercial negotiation and contract management. In special cases, be able to work individually.

? According to the procurement strategy laid down by the procurement manager, assist the relevant departments to select and manage the suppliers. Promote a long-term and stable partnership with the suppliers. Ensure the continuality of supply and the competitiveness of procurement in the industry to better support development.

Requirements:

• Age: 25-45
• Education Background: bachelor or above
• Team work, highly responsible. At least 3 years of experience in procurement.
• Good skill for negotiation and contract, has basic knowledge of procurement, experience in telecom industry will be priority.
• Excellent oral and written English.
