Responsibilities

-Ensure all the AP help desk queries (voice & non-voice) are resolved as per the stipulated timelines. Also, ensure no major escalations, disconnections, stop of services happens.
• To ensure all payments as picked up basis supplier/employees payment due dates and subsequent accounts are credited as per timelines. To strictly follow the Client Payment Schedules without any exceptions.
• To ensure SLA/KPIs and other metrics as agreed with the client are met month on month for all the assigned activities.
• Review payment proposal for invoices greater than agreed thresholds.
• Manage work flow by effectively distributing work amongst team members, ensure proper coverage, recognize and escalate issues.
• Strong accounting conceptual knowledge

Requeriments

-Strong PTP/AP knowledge with minimum of 5 + years of hands on experience.
• Excellent knowledge of JD Edwards and other ERPs
• Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Excel and PowerPoint
-English 75% (Mandatory)
