This person will be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and/or chat, will answer incoming calls, attract potential program participants and will share information following established communication protocols to ensure optimal quality customer care.
Required Skills:
- Able to work in Antigua
- Fully bilingual (English - Spanish)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Minimum one year of experience in Customer Service, Sales or similar positions
- Great documentation skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills. Someone who loves talking to people and building
