                                        Role and Responsibilities: 
•	Creates learning solutions.
•	Promotes and manages the deployment of such solutions, with a modern marketing approach.
•	Supports a culture of development and teamwork for our group.
•	Project Management of varied types of low complexity projects.
    
Main Tasks: 
•	Manages connecting strategies for our “Delivery Excellence Culture” with exceptional communication skills and confidence. 
•	Establishes relationships with Colleagues, Customers and Learning Experts to provide ad-hoc solutions. 
•	Facilitates and manages learning environments to enable employees’ success. 
•	Gains expertise and leverages e-learning technology to create and promote content. 
•	Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers and SMEs. 
•	Creates and uses evaluation tools and methodologies to gauge effectiveness of learning experiences against qualified objectives. 
•	Promotes the Knowledge Services strategy by using modern marketing techniques and technologies. 
•	Creates learning solutions/ programs for a client when needed. 
•	Leverages the use of adult learning methods, to apply appropriate teaching aids and learning materials, as needed. 
•	Manages and adapts to constant changes and is flexible with different requests, in low complexity projects. 
•	Proactively finds ways to solve current and potential issues and roadblocks. 
•	Enabling a culture of teamwork, collaboration and communication, in a forever changing environment, for a large group of people from all different locations, business groups, and backgrounds. 
•	Promoting and creating customized learning solutions, with a short learning curve due to the many requests and programs needed in each area of our group. 
  
Required Job Skills and Experience:
•	Education:  
•	College credits and/ or experience in fields such as Marketing, Social Media or Community Management, Adult Education or Training, Leadership Development, Instructional Design, Content or Creative Design, Call Center Management, etc. 
•	Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a BPO industry, marketing and social media management.  
•	Language(s): English and Spanish: Fluent in both speaking and written. 
•	Exceptional client relationships, leadership communication, and negotiation.
•	Experienced in modern marketing and engaging techniques for adults.
•	Have an adult learning or educational background or experience as a learning facilitator/ educator.
•	Attention to detail.
•	Seeks and applies feedback to achieve superior performance.
•	Able to adapt to changing business.
•	Communicates clearly, and expresses information and ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
•	Displaying resilience when facing new challenges and problems.
•	Content development.
•	Project management.
•	Call center experience or background.
•	Experience in managing complex systems.
•	Takes personal ownership for professional growth, learning and career development.
•	Demonstrates self-management, time management skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
