Proposal Department Systems Administration: Responsible for providing technical support for SharePoint environments including SharePoint 2007, SharePoint 2010, and SharePoint 365. This includes assessment and implementation of new processes and procedures as well as supporting a user community of over 2,000 users. Applicants will support the development of sites, pages, libraries, and lists for multiple SharePoint portals.

Job Functions:
- Provides SharePoint support to end users as needed – this will involve periods of on-call support.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues with users of varying levels of technical experience.
- Supports sites built on SharePoint 2007, 2010, and 365.
- Administers and maintains sites and subsites.
- Manages security for sites and sub-sites.
- Manages site layout and content.
- Support the development and administration of sites, pages, lists, and libraries on multiple SharePoint portals.
- Create and maintain SharePoint documentation.
- Requirement development with user community to support department processes and procedures.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve SharePoint best practices and processes.
- Develops custom processes and procedures as needed.
- Perform new user and refresher training on custom developed SharePoint environments.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, related discipline or 5 years of experience in lieu of degree.  
- 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration (Minimum).
- Must have strong communication skills.  

Required Computer Skills:
- SharePoint 2007, 2010, 365.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Webex and logmein.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS development.
- Experience in Visual Basic code is highly desirable.
