Job Overview
The Sales Contract Fulfillment Specialist will be in charge of monitoring a contract during the delivery process, will mainly monitor the risks, billing status and closure of the contract. The position requires operational work, problem solving and status monitoring. A successful contract fulfillment specialist will be able to maintain the KPIs for MCE (Contract execution) and to increase the efficiency of the work process. This position is very important, as it ensures that all sales contracts in the office are closed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Operate the systems necessary to monitor risks, billing and contract closure.
• Keep track of the status of Telecomm/ICT Sales contracts.
• Analyze data in order to identify delays, risks or problems.
• Organize project team members to solve problems and monitor status.
• Identify areas of improvement in the process and support in their implementation.
Qualifications
• Education requireded: University degree in Business, Commercial Engineering, Project Management, Etc.
• Has experience with project management, process control and improvement, data analysis in the ICT or Telecomm business.
• Good skills in data analysis with Excel and BI software.
