Manage and maintain learning management system and associated online resources. Create content. Project Management of varied types of low complexity projects.
Main tasks:
-Gains expertise and leverages e-learning technology to deliver content.
-Establishes relationships with Colleagues, Customers and Learning Experts to provide ad-hoc solutions.
-Leads E-Learning strategies.
-Supports the Learning & Development strategy.
-Administers L&D’s LMS (learning management system).
-Partners with Conduent Learning leaders to publish and vet content.
-Develops project plan for low complexity projects.
-Manages SMEs provided by customer when executing a development project.
-Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers and SMEs.
-Creates systems and methodologies to standardize work.
-Transforms training content into e-learning solutions.
-Proactively finds ways to solve current and potential issues and roadblocks.
-Manages and adapts to constant change when participating in projects.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Business.
- Adult Education.
-IT.
Experience:
-5 years of experience in fields such as:
-Webpage design and HTML coding (must).
-Instructional design.
-Project Management.
-Call Center Management (desirable).
-Elearning and Elearning platforms (LMS, Captivate, Articulate, etc) (desirable).
English: Fluent / both spoken and written
